CRM Manager / CRM Lead – Bloomreach 3-Month Contract Outside IR35 UK Remote
I'm currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager / CRM Lead with strong, hands-on Bloomreach experience for a 3-month contract with a leading UK consumer brand.
The business is currently moving from Adobe Campaign to Bloomreach, so they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring genuine Bloomreach expertise into the team. You'll play a key role in supporting the CRM and marketing plan for Mecca's UK venues business, helping maximise the new platform and deliver effective customer lifecycle activity.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the transition from Adobe Campaign to Bloomreach
- Helping embed and maximise Bloomreach across the CRM function
- Supporting the development and delivery of the CRM/marketing plan for Mecca venues
- Building and optimising customer journeys, campaigns and automation
- Developing segmentation, targeting and personalisation strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, reactivation and visit frequency
- Using customer data and insight to shape CRM activity and measure performance
- Supporting lifecycle and behavioural campaigns across email, SMS, push and other channels
- Working with Marketing, Commercial, Analytics and wider CRM teams
- Collaborating with CRM colleagues across Mauritius and Gibraltar
- Testing, learning and continuously optimising CRM activity

What we're looking for:
- Strong, hands-on Bloomreach experience – essential
- Experience working with Adobe Campaign or another enterprise CRM/ESP would be beneficial
- Proven experience in a senior CRM, lifecycle or customer engagement role
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, personalisation and customer journeys
- Data-driven and commercially focused approach
- Strong B2C/customer lifecycle marketing experience
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience across retention, loyalty, reactivation or customer engagement
- Gaming, leisure, hospitality, retail or e-commerce experience would be advantageous
