Join Care Fertility and help transform how we connect with and support people on their fertility journey.

At Care Fertility, our mission is simple: to make family possible for everyone. As the UK's most trusted fertility specialist, we've been helping create families for over 30 years through compassion, collaboration and expertise. We're now looking for a talented CRM Manager to help drive meaningful customer engagement, lead conversion and commercial growth.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional who loves turning data, automation and customer insight into measurable results.

You'll be the owner and champion of HubSpot, ensuring it's being used to its full potential across sales and marketing activities. From optimising lead journeys and creating high-performing email campaigns to building dashboards and identifying conversion opportunities, you'll play a key role in shaping how we engage with prospective patients and partners.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the Marketing department while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy of a remote role - with occasional travel to Care Fertility clinics and other locations required to support collaboration, projects and business needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and managing HubSpot.
  • Optimising lead journeys from website visit through to booked consultation.
  • Creating, managing and improving email campaigns, nurture journeys and automated workflows.
  • Building reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
  • Using segmentation, lead scoring and behavioural data to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead management and follow-up processes.
  • Acting as our key contact with HubSpot and staying ahead of platform developments and new functionality.
  • Supporting colleagues with CRM best practice, training and guidance.
  • Driving continuous improvement across CRM performance, user experience and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
