Talent Frame are thrilled to be working exclusively with this leading European law firm, as they hire a CRM Manager on a part time basis. Please note this is a 3 day per week role, but can be split across the week or worked on a condensed hour basis, with 1-2 days per week in the London office.
This is a really exciting time to join the business, as they look to bring in a dedicated CRM Manager to take ownership of the CRM system, InterAction. The position involves managing the firm’s CRM strategy and systems to support business development, client engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will enhance data accuracy and optimise CRM utilisation across the organisation. If you're an experienced Senior CRM Executive or Specialist and ready for a step up, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for CRM system management aligned with the firm’s business development objectives.
- Own the day-to-day management, enhancement, and optimisation of the CRM platform, ensuring user adoption and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client data to support client relationship management and marketing efforts.
- Provide training and support to fee earners and colleagues on CRM tools and digital marketing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
- Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and data quality metrics.
- Lead projects related to CRM and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.

Experience required
- Proven experience of hands on management of CRM platforms - please note that experience with InterAction is absolutely essential.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Comfortable working independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and client data management would be advantageous.
- Effective collaborator who values clear communication and professional service.
