Job Opportunity: CRM Manager for Luxury Fashion Brand
Are you an experienced CRM professional looking to take ownership of customer retention and lifecycle marketing for a growing luxury fashion brand? We’re hiring a commercially driven CRM Manager to lead CRM strategy across email, SMS and other owned channels. Based in East London (hybrid), this role will play a key part in driving customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll own the CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, reactivation, win-back and loyalty. You’ll manage campaign planning and execution, develop customer segments and journeys, and use personalisation and testing to continually improve performance. Working closely with Ecommerce, Brand, Product and Customer Service, you’ll use customer data and insights to shape campaigns and identify opportunities to grow revenue and loyalty.

Requirements
- Strong experience across CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury, or another premium consumer brand
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar ESP
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, customer journeys, and campaign optimisation
- Commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership
