Role Overview
Are you ready to take ownership of CRM and customer engagement for an established luxury lifestyle brand? We’re hiring a commercially minded CRM Manager to take the lead on customer retention, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and loyalty.
Based in Central London (4 days office-based, 1 day remote), this is a newly established function offering the opportunity to build the CRM strategy and shape the future of customer engagement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the CRM strategy across customer insight, segmentation, automated lifecycle flows, email marketing and retention. You’ll use customer data to understand behaviour, identify opportunities and optimise the customer journey, while working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail and Client Experience. You’ll also take ownership of the loyalty programme. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to get into the detail, from optimising existing flows and developing new CRM activity through to improving customer data, reporting and testing frameworks.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
