About the Role
Miele is seeking a highly organised, commercially driven CRM Manager to join a dedicated and passionate team at an exciting time of growth for the business. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a supportive and collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities
- Management and implementation of the CRM strategy for Miele GB, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through data-led lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- CRM execution end-to-end from strategy, through build and localisation of email templates, to execution of timely, relevant and engaging campaigns driving commercial performance.
- Own and evolve core lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, basket abandonment, win-back and re-engagement from strategy through build and optimisation.
- Plan and execute CRM calendar balancing frequency, relevance, and commercial priorities against the health of our lifecycle programmes.
- Responsible for maximising customer lifetime value and retention.
- Define strategy and plan for customer data acquisition in alignment with Events, Partnerships, Brand & Communications activations.
- Create and maintain customer segments to develop personalised and relevant communications.
- Define and monitor customer-centric KPIs in alignment with Global CRM team.
- Manage and analyse customer data to gain insights into customer behaviour and make strategic decisions.
- Collaboration with local stakeholders including Head of Digital Marketing, and the wider Marketing, Category and Service teams on content and calendar to deliver CRM campaigns aligned to business and commercial priorities.
- Lead relationship with Global CRM team, aligning local market requirements with global strategy, programmes and best practice.

- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, with at least 2 years CRM experience.
- Consumer-focused thinking and a performance-driven approach to deliver measurable results.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Effectiveness under pressure and consistent meeting of deadlines.
- Collaborative working style with clear and confident communication.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position currently based in Abingdon with an office move to central Reading planned for Spring 2027. Hybrid working options are available.
