CRM Manager London (Hybrid, 3 days per week) | £50,000 - £55,000
An exciting opportunity to take ownership of CRM strategy within a fast-growing data and insights business. This is a highly visible role where you'll act as the HubSpot expert, partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive CRM performance, automation, and commercial impact.

The Role As CRM Manager, you will own and develop the company's HubSpot ecosystem, ensuring it delivers value across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities include:
- Leading CRM strategy and driving adoption of new HubSpot capabilities
- Developing workflows, automation, and scalable CRM processes
- Managing data quality, governance, and CRM best practices
- Building reporting frameworks for revenue attribution and campaign performance
- Creating dashboards and insights to support commercial decision-making
- Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams with CRM optimisation
- Delivering user training and acting as the internal HubSpot subject matter expert
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the future CRM roadmap
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong HubSpot expertise across marketing and sales environments
- Experience building workflows, automation, and CRM processes
- Knowledge of CRM governance, data quality, and reporting best practice
- Experience with revenue attribution, campaign analysis, and commercial reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions
