Raisin

Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.

Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.

Team

The CRM team drives marketing communications to connect with our existing customers and engage interested prospects across multiple channels. From emails and direct mail to mobile notifications and website banners, we create campaigns that are clear, well-timed, and highly relevant.

We develop, execute and refine customer communications across different markets and around different products. With a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, regional differences and compliance requirements, we craft tailored communications that really speak to our audience.

Join us, and you’ll be part of a team that combines creativity, precision, and insight to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM strategy for investment products: Develop, implement, and analyze campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
  • Scale our cross-sell strategy: Take full ownership of the savings-to-investment cross-sell ratio, continuously testing and innovating to drive conversion.
  • Lead international expansion: Spearhead CRM efforts as we scale investment products beyond Germany into the Netherlands, Ireland, and Spain.
  • Partner for impact: Work directly with the Investment Products team to synthesize complex financial topics (pensions, tax) into consumer-friendly marketing.
  • Elevate customer touchpoints: Create and optimize communications across email, mobile, web, and direct mail.
  • Drive data-led innovation: Translate performance insights into actionable patterns, leveraging AI and behavioral data to refine our approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
