Here at Ignite, we're really excited to be partnering with an award-winning CRM and email agency that helps some of the best-known brands in the market grow their customer retention and lifecycle messaging. It's a tight-knit, expert team with a brilliant reputation, and the results they deliver for clients speak for themselves.

They're now on the lookout for a CRM Manager to take the lead on a select group of client accounts. You'll shape the strategy behind everything from automations and lifecycle journeys to list growth, segmentation and reporting, and act as the go-to Klaviyo specialist for your clients. What do you need to be considered?

  • ⭐️ 2+ years' experience in Email Marketing / CRM, ideally agency-side or within a fast-moving B2C/D2C brand
  • ⭐️ Strong, hands-on Klaviyo knowledge (campaigns, flows, segmentation and reporting)
  • ⭐️ A track record of growing revenue and retention through well-planned email programmes
  • ⭐️ Analytical by nature, with confidence using Klaviyo analytics, Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets
  • ⭐️ Comfortable leading client calls and presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders
  • ⭐️ Background in Retail, DTC or Travel would be a real bonus
