CRM Manager (Klaviyo Migration)

London | Outside IR35 | £400-425 Day Rate | 6 month contract | Hybrid

This is an opportunity to play a leading role in a major CRM and marketing technology transformation. You'll be responsible for helping deliver the migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo while working across marketing, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure the programme remains on track and key business objectives are achieved.

The Company

They are a customer-focused organisation investing heavily in modernising their marketing technology stack. Alongside a CRM platform migration, they are also evolving their broader customer data capabilities, creating a highly visible transformation programme with executive sponsorship. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Lead the CRM workstream for the migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges across the programme.
  • Support decision-making by presenting clear recommendations, trade-offs, and delivery options to leadership teams.
  • Ensure customer journeys, campaigns, and CRM capabilities are successfully migrated and aligned to future-state objectives.
  • Drive programme momentum, ensuring actions are owned, prioritised, and delivered to agreed timelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
