About the Role

A growing UK ecommerce business is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead its customer retention and lifecycle marketing activity.

You’ll own CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and direct marketing, with a focus on driving engagement, repeat purchases and revenue. You’ll also manage a CRM Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the CRM and retention strategy.
  • Plan and deliver campaigns across all CRM channels.
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase and win-back.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Lead A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimisation.
  • Analyse performance and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Trading, Merchandising and Creative teams.
  • Manage CRM agencies and external partners.
  • Manage and develop a CRM Executive.
  • Identify new CRM opportunities, tools and trends.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing.
  • Experience within ecommerce, retail or a consumer-focused business.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, automation and segmentation.
  • Commercial and data-driven with strong Excel skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others.
  • Passionate about ecommerce, customer retention and digital marketing.
