CRM Manager
TPT Retirement Solutions are seeking to recruit an experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Manager to establish and grow our CRM capability, helping us deliver clear, engaging and insight‑led communications to members and employers.
This is a key role where you’ll design and embed automated journeys that support engagement, retention and long‑term value. You’ll also take ownership of our CRM platform (Zoho), ensuring it is well‑governed, scalable and aligned to our future propositions.
You’ll work across Marketing, IT, Data and Compliance teams, bringing people together to create simple, effective and member‑focused communication experiences.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning and developing our CRM platform to support segmentation, communication delivery and future growth
- Designing and delivering automated, lifecycle-based and behaviour-driven journeys
- Translating business needs into clear, scalable CRM frameworks
- Ensuring data governance and GDPR compliance in all communications
- Leading a test-and-learn approach, using insight to improve engagement and outcomes
- Building reporting and dashboards to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
- Supporting new pensions scheme propositions (e.g. Defined Contribution, Collective Defined Contribution & Superfund) from a CRM perspective
- Providing guidance and coaching to build CRM capability within the team
- Working collaboratively across teams to align systems, data and communication approaches
- Working with 3rd party providers as required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- A passion for creating clear, accessible and member-focused communications
- Experienced in CRM or marketing automation, including building and managing automated journeys
- Understanding of customer/member lifecycle, segmentation and data-led communication
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Knowledge and experience of GDPR and data governance within a CRM or marketing environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering multiple projects.
- Works collaboratively and able to influence teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with data and systems
- Comfortable using data, KPIs and reporting to measure impact and drive decisions
