Job Overview
You'll oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of the company's CRM systems. Your role will help drive customer engagement and streamline internal processes to support business growth.

A D2C brand with a marketing & digital team of 7+ marketers, currently investing heavily in their CRM function.
Description
The key responsibilities for the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics role will include:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems to ensure effective functionality. The CRM is built from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
- Develop and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Identify and recommend system upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.

Profile
For the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics, a successful candidate should have the below experience:
- 3-4+ years experience in a CRM and/or marketing automation focused role.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
- Experience working in a B2C or D2C industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to drive CRM initiatives.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Offer
On offer for the CRM Manager - Microsoft Dynamics role:
- Salary range: Up to £50K - experience dependent.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 4 days on-site in Leeds.
