CRM Manager
An exciting opportunity to take ownership of CRM within a growing consumer business providing premium home improvement products across the UK.
As CRM Manager, you’ll develop the CRM strategy, improve customer journeys and use data, automation and testing to increase conversion. You’ll turn Microsoft Dynamics 365 into a genuine commercial growth tool, while managing and developing a CRM Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the CRM strategy and roadmap.
- Build and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS and telephone.
- Improve lead nurturing, conversion, re-engagement and referrals.
- Develop testing programmes across messaging, timing and segmentation.
- Lead the ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Analyse customer and funnel performance through Power BI.
- Work closely with sales and customer teams to improve the customer experience.
- Manage data quality, consent and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements
- Strong CRM or lifecycle marketing experience within a consumer environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience improving conversion through automation and testing.
- Commercially minded, analytical and confident using customer data.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and influencing wider teams.
- Previous management or mentoring experience would be beneficial.
