THE ROLE
The CRM Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering customer communications across the lifecycle, using data, segmentation and insight to create smarter, more relevant experiences. You’ll work across areas such as customer journeys, retention, personalisation, campaign optimisation and testing, collaborating with teams across Digital, Marketing, Data and Trading. This is a brilliant opportunity to take real ownership, influence CRM strategy and see your work impact customers at genuine scale.

We’re looking for a commercially minded, customer-obsessed CRM Manager who understands how brilliant CRM can translate into measurable business growth. You’ll be confident using data and customer insight to make decisions, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders, and constantly looking for opportunities to test, learn and improve. Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious, collaborative and excited by the opportunity to make your mark within a major global retail environment.
