CRM Manager (Sportsbook)

£45,000-£50,000
Fully Remote (UK)
UK & Sweden Markets

I'm hiring a CRM Manager for an established international online gaming and sportsbook business, helping drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue across key European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on CRM professional who enjoys combining customer insight, campaign execution, and performance optimisation in a fast-paced digital environment.

The company

A well-established online gaming and sports betting business operating across multiple international markets, with a particularly strong presence in the UK and Mexico. The business combines a modern, digital-first culture with the scale and backing of a long-established global operator. The CRM team works closely with commercial, acquisition, and product functions to maximise customer engagement and long-term value.

The role

Reporting into the Head of CRM, you'll take ownership of CRM activity across Sportsbook customers in the UK and selected European markets. This is a managerial role, with two CRM Executives reporting into you, but it remains highly hands-on. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising campaigns while helping shape retention strategy across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
