London | Part-time, ideally 3 days per week | Hybrid working

An international law firm is looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of its CRM strategy, systems and approach to client data.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining the strategic and hands-on elements of CRM. You’ll have real ownership of the firm’s CRM platform, driving adoption and best practice while helping the Marketing & Business Development team turn client and relationship data into meaningful commercial insight.

The role Working closely with fee earners, Marketing & Business Development and wider business services teams, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the firm gets maximum value from its CRM and e-marketing technology.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and continually developing the firm’s InterAction CRM platform
  • Driving CRM adoption and engagement across the firm
  • Ensuring client and contact data is accurate, valuable and effectively maintained
  • Developing reporting and processes to provide meaningful client, relationship and business insights
  • Supporting client segmentation and targeted marketing activity
  • Helping fee earners effectively capture and develop client relationships and interactions
  • Establishing and maintaining strong CRM processes, data governance and GDPR compliance
  • Delivering CRM training and support to stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Troubleshooting system and user issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Managing relationships with third-party CRM suppliers and consultants
  • Monitoring developments in CRM, relationship intelligence and associated technology
  • Managing the firm’s e-marketing platform and supporting the M&BD team with campaigns and mailing lists
  • Providing insight and reporting around e-marketing activity
  • Contributing to wider M&BD, digital and client data projects

About you

You’ll be an established experience with InterAction is essential and someone who is comfortable taking genuine ownership of a CRM environment and working autonomously.

Ideally, you’ll also bring:

  • Previous CRM experience within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, relationship intelligence and e-marketing tools
  • Experience with Vuture would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with client and relationship data
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Fabric or Copilot would be useful
  • The confidence to engage, influence and train stakeholders at all levels, including senior fee earners
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused and hands-on approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative member of the wider M&BD team
