CRM Manager (Sportsbook)

Location: Hybrid, London (Wimbledon) / UK
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Bonus
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join a fast-paced and growing online sports betting and gaming business. This role will focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through highly targeted CRM campaigns and promotions across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the sportsbook customer base through segmentation and behavioural analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Build, test, and deploy marketing communications, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse KPIs including engagement, click-through rates, retention, and conversion.
  • Deliver targeted offers and promotional campaigns based on customer behaviour, player profiles, and sporting events.
  • Manage sportsbook promotions from concept through to execution, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with acquisition, compliance, product, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Contribute to CRM automation projects and customer journey optimisation.
  • Maintain strong internal stakeholder communication around upcoming campaigns and promotions.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in CRM, retention marketing, or a similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management.
  • Experience within online gaming, sports betting, gambling, entertainment, or digital consumer businesses is highly desirable.
  • Passion for sports and strong awareness of major sporting events relevant to UK audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
