Role Summary

This role sits between strategy and execution. You will turn CRM briefs into structured journeys, audience logic, deployment plans, QA routines, and performance learning loops.

You will work with strategists, designers, developers, and client teams to make sure campaigns are not just launched, but operated with discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • You won't just be executing campaigns. You will help build our proprietary suite of accelerators and internal tools, developing the software and systems that make delivery faster and smarter.
  • CRM delivery
    • Build and maintain journey flows, segmentation rules, campaign schedules, and deployment checklists.
    • Coordinate campaign readiness across creative, data, content, QA, and client approval tracks.
    • Translate strategy into clear operational requirements for platform and production teams.
  • Quality and optimisation
    • Validate links, tracking, audience rules, consent logic, and launch dependencies before deployment.
    • Read campaign performance with strategists and document practical optimisation actions.
    • Create clear handover notes so recurring work becomes faster and less fragile.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
