If you enjoy bringing customer communications to life and love seeing the impact of your work, this could be the perfect opportunity. As a CRM Marketing Executive in our Audiology and Domiciliary CRM team, you'll help create and deliver email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns that keep customers engaged throughout their journey with Specsavers. This is a fixed-term contract for 14 months.
Working closely with campaign managers, analysts, creatives, and business stakeholders, you'll play a key role in getting campaigns out the door. You'll help coordinate activity, brief projects, manage queries, and ensure communications are accurate, relevant, and delivered to a high standard. Building strong relationships and keeping others informed will be a natural part of your day.

We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and confident communicating with different people. You'll enjoy solving problems, working with data, and balancing multiple priorities. Experience in CRM marketing would be ideal, particularly if you've used platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Power BI, or Google Analytics, but we're equally interested in people who are keen to learn and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
