CRM Marketing Executive
Stockport – Hybrid, 3 office days
Up to £30,000 + Bonus
This is a fantastic opportunity for marketeers with a strong background in email and CRM marketing, who are looking for more of a creative and autonomous role. Something fast-paced and challenging which gives brand ownership and a huge amount of variety. The role I am about to talk you through offers all of that and bucket loads more!
BD Talent are back recruiting for one of their favourite eCommerce clients. Situated out of bright and modern offices in the heart of Stockport, they are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to come on board and work across a number of their product ranges – some of the best ones in my opinion, they include travel and music for one.
This team is responsible for driving product sales over digital channels, they map out campaigns, sometimes seasonal and event based – all the music festivals this summer have just been a big focus for example.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
