Responsible to: Head of Digital Marketing
As a key part of the Marketing, Communications and Bid team at Isio, a progressive advisory firm, working with clients of all sizes to deliver expertise in pensions, benefits, wealth planning and investment management, this position collaborates closely with marketing and sales to oversee essential data sets. This includes CRM data, segmentation, and analytics to guide our go-to-market strategies for both clients and prospects.
What does the role entail?
- Data Management: Own and manage core marketing and sales datasets, including CRM data, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring insights support objectives
- CRM & Segmentation: Oversee the management and optimisation of the HubSpot CRM platform, developing segmentation strategies, lifecycle management frameworks, data governance standards and contact structures that support effective targeting, reporting and campaign execution
- Sales & Marketing Optimisation: Own the HubSpot Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Framework, building and maintaining workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing processes and automation programmes that support marketing and sales objectives
- MI & Insights: That help us improve client relationship programmes and client satisfaction insights (NPS), helping inform business performance
- Operational efficiency and ROI: Enable effective client and prospect targeting
- Insights Development: Analyse client and marketing data to deliver MI & insights that improve client satisfaction and inform business performance
- Sales Funnel Optimisation: Evaluate and refine marketing data integration into the sales funnel, identifying opportunities for growth & improved conversion with marketing campaign delivery
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business to ensure data-driven insights align with business goals
- Lead management & Qualification: Develop and maintain lead scoring models, qualification frameworks and lifecycle definitions, ensuring clear progression from Lead to MQL, SQL and Opportunity stages
- CRM Process Optimisation: Design and implement CRM processes, automation and governance standards that improve operational efficiency, lead management and sales/ marketing alignment
- Reporting: Develop and maintain marketing, sales and CRM dashboards that provide visibility of campaign performance, lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, engagement and pipeline contribution

What we’re looking for?
- Proven experience in a data analysis or data management role, ideally in marketing and sales integrated platforms
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, workflow creation, lead scoring, data segmentation techniques and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights informing sales and marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimising marketing data to enhance sales funnel performance
- Experience developing and managing lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, marketing automation workflows and Lead, MQL and SQL qualification frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solution focused mindset with project management in a B2B relationship model sales and marketing environment
- Experience within Professional Services or Financial Services preferable
- B2B, B2B2C and B2C environments considered
