CRM Marketing Manager

We seek an analytical and creative CRM Marketing Manager to help strategise and execute ad-hoc campaigns and automated lifecycle marketing programs focused on sales, engagement, retention and winback. This role will help grow our existing CRM eCommerce programs within the UK, FR, and DE and build new programs from the ground up in Spain and Italy. This role will work closely with several cross-functional teams to execute various marketing campaigns and develop customer experience enhancements. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented CRM professional with a strong understanding of email and CRM best practices, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and customer databases.
About the Job:
- Own strategy, performance, execution, and expansion of CRM programs in the EMEA region.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention in the EMEA region.
- Partner with eComm team to evolve and optimize Fender EMEA’s overall customer engagement and conversions, and drive growth of CRM channel impact.
- Drive ongoing optimisation through a comprehensive A/B testing strategy to improve email deliverability, open, click-through, and conversion rates and develop best practices.
- Utilise customer data and insights to segment audiences, ensuring personalised communications that are relevant and effective.
- Monitor and analyse CRM campaign performance metrics (conversion rates, customer lifetime value, retention rates) to optimise effectiveness and ROI, report campaign metrics to leadership on daily/weekly basis.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, covering planning, targeting, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Lead internal and external design and copy resources to drive asset and content creation and delivery.
- Work closely with the MarTech team and external vendors to maintain and enhance the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.

What You Need:
- Demonstrable experience in lifecycle/CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation, with the expertise to lead and optimise customer lifecycle programmes.
- Substantial experience in marketing automation strategy with real-life examples of successful revenue growth and engagement growth at scale
- Expert experience in CRM and MarTech tools such as Iterable, Wunderkind, Google Analytics, Demandware, etc.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behaviour, and consumer insights
- Notable experience in consumer-facing product marketing and subscription-based products
- Background in content planning, briefing, and strategy
- Ability to see from the consumer’s perspective and serve as their advocate
- Passionate about understanding consumer behaviour with a demonstrated ability to translate findings into meaningful, prosperous long-term relationships
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with an ability to make decisions for the business
- Team player; ability to work proactively with all business divisions and drive results
- Previous experience building a CRM program
- Experience managing projects through Workfront, JIRA, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of GDPR and its effects on CRM
- Effective cross-functional communication and organisational navigation
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
