What Sets This Role Apart
Direct access to the founder. A clear line to the people shaping the strategy. Your input will matter, and you’ll see your work brought to life quickly.
You’ll grow faster here. While others are still stuck on minor tasks, you’ll be owning and delivering full CRM strategies for ambitious brands. You’ll be supported but trusted to take the lead where you’re ready.
Flexible working, actually. Work from home, pop into London, or take your laptop to a café-whatever suits you best. As long as you’re delivering strong results, we trust you to manage your time.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to CRM specialist for a portfolio of exciting clients. Your work will include building effective customer journeys, writing high-converting email copy, configuring automation workflows, and advising on strategic opportunities to drive results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
