Why This Role Matters

This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to deliver a joined-up, customer-focused approach to marketing across our European business units. Working closely with CRM, digital, analytics and marketing teams, you will use customer, traffic and performance data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value. You will help business units make better marketing decisions by connecting insights across channels, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting the delivery of consistent customer experiences across our brands, that shapes how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build a clear understanding of how digital channels, CRM activity and store marketing work together to attract, engage and retain customers.
  • Support marketing teams across Europe to improve customer engagement, increase traffic and grow long-term customer value through CRM channels including email, push notifications and SMS.
  • Use customer and marketing data to identify opportunities, spot trends and provide recommendations that support better marketing decisions.
  • Help connect activity across CRM, search, paid media, social media, affiliate marketing, websites, apps and store marketing to create a more consistent customer experience.
  • Review performance across the customer journey, balancing immediate results with opportunities to build loyalty, retention and repeat engagement.
  • Work with marketing specialists to develop and evaluate tests, share results and help apply successful ideas across different markets.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing teams, data specialists and external partners, bringing together insights and recommendations that support business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer marketing, with a strong understanding of how different marketing channels work together to engage customers.
  • The ability to interpret customer, marketing and performance data, turning insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Experience using customer data, audience segmentation and personalisation to improve marketing performance and customer experience.
  • A strong understanding of customer behaviour and how different marketing activities influence customer decisions and experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a positive and engaging approach that helps bring people together and gain support for new ideas.
  • A positive, proactive approach, bringing energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, share ideas and help others succeed.
