Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the personalised marketing plan, rewarding our Advantage Card customers with exciting offers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.
What you’ll be doing
In this busy and rewarding role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful customer communications. Your focus will be on driving real commercial results while ensuring our customers feel valued and engaged.
- Support and deliver the personalised offers plan for the Boots app, providing targeted and relevant offers to our growing customer base.
- Champion the Boots Advantage Card and app, ensuring alignment on the role of personalised offers.
- Manage multi-channel communications (Email, App, Events) to highlight strong offers delivered to customers.
- Drive KPI performance, including channel engagement and incremental sales.
- Review and assess commercial/customer impact, defining opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital communications.
- A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude towards new challenges.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in personalised marketing or customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
