About the Role
As a CRM Marketing Specialist you'll take ownership of the multi-channel CRM strategy. You'll manage campaigns and automations across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and value.

This is a highly data driven and autonomous role, where you'll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing and Pension teams to turn business requirements into effective CRM campaigns and personalised customer journeys.
Location / WFH
You'll join the team in the London office with flexibility to work from home twice a week.
About you
- You have strong CRM marketing / marketing automation experience
- You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You have SQL and data segmentation skills
- You have experience across email, push and / or in-app communications
- You're highly analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working autonomously
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- You're naturally curious about technology, automation and AI, with the confidence to learn new platforms independently
- Financial Services or FinTech experience is desirable but not essential
