CRM Operations Manager
Remote with occasional travel to Kings Hill, Kent
Reporting to: Head of Revenue Operations
About the Role
We're looking for a hands on CRM Operations Manager to own and optimise HubSpot across the Amtivo Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who enjoys improving processes, maintaining data quality, driving user adoption and delivering scalable solutions that support commercial growth.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance and Revenue Operations teams, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of HubSpot, ensuring it remains accurate, efficient and aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain HubSpot configuration, workflows, pipelines, properties and permissions.
- Drive CRM optimisation, automation and process improvements.
- Monitor and improve data quality, governance and reporting.
- Support and maintain CRM integrations with business systems.
- Deliver user training, onboarding and ongoing support.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational performance.
- Support CRM migrations and the onboarding of newly acquired businesses.
- Act as the internal HubSpot expert and champion best practice across the organisation.

About You
You'll have:
- Proven experience administering and optimising HubSpot CRM within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM administration, automation and data management.
- Experience managing CRM integrations and system enhancements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A passion for improving processes and helping teams get the most from CRM technology.
