Role: CRM Operations Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $40 - $80/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a CRM Operations Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing customer relationship management systems and optimizing processes to support business operations. Responsibilities include data maintenance, workflow automation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data.
- Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline CRM processes.
- Generate and analyze reports to track CRM performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues to minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis.
