CRM Operations, Sales Operations & Revenue Operations Specialists. Remote AI Project
We are seeking experienced CRM Operations Specialists, Sales Operations Professionals, Revenue Operations Experts, Salesforce Specialists, HubSpot Administrators, and GTM Operations Professionals to support an AI evaluation project focused on real-world CRM workflows, sales processes, automation, and data quality.
You will review CRM-related tasks, identify workflow and data issues, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback based on how modern sales and revenue operations teams actually work.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic
- Review CRM records, data structures, user activity, and workflow behavior
- Identify incorrect configurations, broken processes, data-quality issues, and unrealistic recommendations
- Assess whether CRM workflows align with real sales and customer-management practices
- Review lead, contact, account, opportunity, and deal-management processes
- Evaluate pipeline stages, routing rules, assignment logic, and lifecycle management
- Assess workflow automations, triggers, notifications, sequences, and integrations
- Identify duplicate records, inconsistent fields, missing data, and CRM hygiene issues
- Review sales process documentation and process maps
- Apply evaluation rubrics and written guidelines consistently
- Rate and compare AI-generated responses
- Flag edge cases that fall outside existing evaluation guidelines
- Create realistic CRM scenarios and examples
- Document sales operations pain points and opportunities for process improvement
- Provide clear, actionable written feedback to project stakeholders

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, sales operations, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a closely related role
- At least 2 years of direct experience working inside CRM platforms
- Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another major CRM
- Ability to understand and evaluate CRM workflows and sales processes
- Experience maintaining or improving CRM data quality
- Experience implementing, managing, or reviewing CRM automations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong process-mapping and workflow-analysis ability
- Strong written and verbal English, B2 level or higher
- Ability to explain CRM issues clearly and precisely
- Comfortable following detailed evaluation guidelines and rubrics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection
- Availability to begin promptly
Preferred Background
- Deep Salesforce or HubSpot expertise
- Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or related CRM certification
- Experience with Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, ClickFunnels, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM implementations or migrations
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other business applications
- Experience using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar automation tools
- Experience building CRM reports and dashboards
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, customer success, or revenue teams
- Experience documenting CRM processes or creating SOPs
- Experience conducting CRM audits
- Experience testing workflow logic or automation
