A pioneering organization dedicated to empowering communities and driving social impact is seeking a talented individual to join their team.
The Role
- Take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot platforms, shaping their future direction.
- Manage the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into system changes.
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps.
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Coordinate technical changes and ensure proper delivery of integrations, data flows, and releases with internal data teams and external suppliers.
- Ensure both platforms are well-governed by maintaining clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, and test plans.

What You'll Need
- Experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience configuring CRMs such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Experience building workflows, automations, and process logic.
- Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to take ownership, challenge constructively, and find practical ways to improve processes.
