Are you an experienced CRM professional looking to take ownership of systems and improve processes for a dynamic, growing organisation? This company is at the forefront of their industry, leveraging technology to enhance operations and drive success across diverse teams.
The Role
- Take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot platforms, shaping their future direction.
- Manage the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into system changes.
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, model-driven apps).
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Coordinate technical changes, integrations, data flows, and releases with internal data teams and external suppliers.
- Maintain clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, and test plans, ensuring platform governance.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst.
- Track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience configuring CRM platforms like Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Ability to build workflows, automations, and process logic within CRM systems.
- Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing priorities effectively.
- Strong ownership mindset, challenging constructively and finding practical improvement solutions.
