About the Role
Beauty Pie is on a mission to reinvent beauty shopping. As the world's first luxury beauty buyers' club, we give our members access to the very best beauty and wellness products at transparent prices, without the traditional retail mark-up.
Everything we do starts with our members. From discovering the next cult skincare launch to enjoying exclusive member perks, we're constantly looking for new ways to create engaging, rewarding experiences that keep our members coming back.
Lifecycle Marketing sits at the centre of that experience. We're looking for an ambitious CRM Executive who's passionate about email marketing and ready to take the next step in their career.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone moving from a CRM Coordinator who wants to own campaigns end to end while developing both their technical expertise and commercial thinking.
You'll play a key role in bringing our weekly marketing calendar to life—from exciting product launches and exclusive member perks to major trading moments and founder-led campaigns.
Working alongside Creative, Studio, Copy, Marketing Operations, Data, E-commerce and Acquisition, you'll collaborate with some of the most talented teams in the business. You'll also have the opportunity to work on campaigns that are regularly reviewed by our Founder, giving you exposure that's rare at this stage of your career.
If you're someone who loves email marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets genuine satisfaction from producing flawless work, we'd love to hear from you.
As our CRM Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our weekly CRM newsletter programming, owning the end-to-end delivery of customer communications that reach millions of Beauty Pie members.
You'll own campaigns from initial brief through to deployment and performance analysis, ensuring every campaign is executed accurately, on time and to the highest possible standard. You'll constantly look for ways to improve campaign performance through thoughtful testing, commercial insight and continuous optimisation.
No two weeks are the same. From launching breakthrough skincare innovations and exclusive member perks to supporting key trading events and founder-led campaigns, you'll play a key role in bringing our marketing calendar to life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
