CRM Project Manager | Global CRM | Salesforce Marketing Cloud | Remote
We're supporting a global consumer business undergoing significant CRM growth and transformation, and we're looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join their Global CRM function.
This is not a traditional project management role and it's not a hands-on campaign execution position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong CRM Marketing background combined with the ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery from concept through to measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and driving CRM initiatives across multiple international markets
- Building and managing the global CRM roadmap and prioritisation process
- Leading the optimisation and rollout of automated customer journeys
- Driving adoption of channels such as Push, WhatsApp, SMS and Email
- Working closely with Salesforce, IT, Marketing and local market teams
- Identifying and resolving CRM, platform and process issues
- Managing stakeholder expectations, risks, dependencies and delivery plans
- Defining success measures and tracking performance and ROI
- Supporting CRM capability growth, market training and best-practice adoption

What We're Looking For
- Strong CRM Marketing background with experience of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Experience delivering CRM initiatives from idea through to implementation
- Omni-channel CRM experience across Email, Push, SMS and/or WhatsApp
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritise, organise and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Someone who is proactive, accountable and comfortable challenging stakeholders when required
