CRM Product Manager (Klaviyo)

London | Outside IR35 | Hybrid | 6 months | £400-450 Day Rate

This is a high-impact contract opportunity to lead a major marketing technology transformation programme. You'll act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, helping shape delivery decisions, manage dependencies, and drive progress across a complex migration roadmap.

The Company

They are a customer-focused organisation undergoing a significant transformation of their marketing technology ecosystem. With multiple change programmes running alongside BAU activity, they are investing in modernising their customer engagement capabilities and data infrastructure. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly delivery-focused.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Act as the Product Manager for a large-scale migration from Emarsys to Klaviyo.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, technology, delivery, and external vendor teams.
  • Surface risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and decision points to senior leadership.
  • Ensure migration activities remain on track while aligning with a wider CDP transformation programme.
  • Drive delivery momentum across teams, ensuring priorities are understood and key actions are executed.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong Product Management experience within marketing technology, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Proven track record delivering platform migrations and transformation programmes.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs) and their role within a modern marketing ecosystem.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear recommendations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities move quickly and multiple programmes run concurrently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a practical, delivery-focused approach.
