CRM Project Manager
Remote | Permanent | £55,000 - £75,000 | Remote
We’re working with an established Microsoft Partner that is continuing to grow its CRM practice and is looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in CRM, ERP or business applications to take ownership of client projects from initial planning through to delivery, go-live and transition into support.
You’ll work across a range of CRM transformation and implementation programmes, collaborating with clients, consultants, developers, architects, business analysts and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
The business has established capabilities across both Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Creatio CRM, giving you the opportunity to work across different platforms and a varied portfolio of transformation projects.
The role is fully remote and permanent, with a salary of £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience. There will also be some company events held in Bath throughout the year.
The Role
As CRM Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of CRM projects, taking ownership of planning, governance, stakeholders, budgets, resources and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning CRM projects from initiation through to implementation, go-live and transition into support.
- Developing and maintaining project plans covering scope, milestones, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Working directly with clients to understand their objectives and turn these into clear project plans and deliverables.
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams including CRM Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and other technical specialists.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as the main point of contact for project delivery.
- Running project meetings, workshops, steering groups and regular status meetings.
- Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Tracking delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, milestones and quality standards.
- Managing change requests and ensuring changes to requirements and scope are appropriately governed.
- Working closely with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Ensuring projects are delivered using appropriate methodologies, governance and quality processes.
- Supporting UAT, deployment, go-live and post-go-live activity.
- Producing clear project reporting for clients and senior management.
- Helping improve project delivery processes and contributing to the continued development of the wider CRM practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

CRM Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Dynamics CRM would be highly desirable, particularly exposure to:
- Customer Insights (Marketing)
- Customer Service
Experience with Creatio CRM would also be advantageous, although this is not essential.
We’re particularly interested in people who have worked on CRM transformation programmes and understand the challenges of delivering technology solutions within a client environment.
Qualifications
Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or PMP would be beneficial.
However, practical project delivery experience and a proven track record are more important than certification alone.
What’s on Offer?
- £55,000 - £75,000 salary
- Fully remote working
- Permanent position
- Work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Creatio CRM
- Exposure to a variety of CRM transformation and implementation programmes
- Join a growing CRM practice within an established Microsoft Partner
- Collaborative and supportive working environment
- Genuine opportunities for professional development and progression
- Work alongside experienced CRM Consultants, Architects and technical specialists
- Company events in Bath throughout the year
This is a strong opportunity for a CRM Project Manager who wants variety in their work and the chance to deliver meaningful transformation programmes, rather than being tied to a single CRM platform.
Whether your background is primarily in Dynamics 365 CE, Creatio or another leading CRM platform, if you have a strong track record of delivering complex projects in a client-facing environment, we’d be keen to hear from you.
