CRM Project Manager UK/EU
We is looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation within a private equity-backed business.
Contract Details
- Duration: 7 months
- Location: UK/EU
- Travel: Travel to UK required
Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone with strong experience across Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 who can take ownership of governance, delivery oversight, and senior stakeholder management across a €5m–€10m+ transformation.

Key Experience
- Years of Experience: 8–12 years across consulting, transformation, CRM delivery, or programme management
- Transformation Experience: Large-scale D365 or Salesforce transformation experience
- CRM Delivery Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM delivery across design, build, data migration, testing, integrations, cutover, and hypercare
- Challenge Delivery Plans: Experience challenging SI delivery plans, budgets, reporting, and assumptions
- Communication Skills: Excellent executive communication, governance, and board-level reporting skills
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Transformation Directors, and PE Operating Partners
