The Role
We're looking for a CRM & Retention Lead to take ownership of our CRM, email performance marketing, and retention strategies. You'll be responsible both for a significant part of SURI's acquisition marketing as well as fully owning retention marketing and the LTV strategy.
This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for optimizing email flows, launching high-converting sales campaigns, converting leads into customers, improving LTV through segmentation, automation, and strategic offers, and working with our Digital Product team to improve conversion rate and AOV in key user journeys. Reporting into the Director of Growth, you'll work closely with our Growth, Product, Operations, Brand and Creative teams to build a best-in-class CRM strategy and retention engine that keeps our customers engaged and coming back for more.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
