CRM / Retention Manager at Gutology
Remote, London · Full-time · £50,000–£53,000
The Opportunity
We're hiring a CRM/Retention Manager to take ownership of our lifecycle marketing, from churn and repeat purchase to email/SMS performance. You'll run the CRM calendar, build and optimise lifecycle journeys, and own our reporting dashboard, with real scope to shape testing and personalisation strategy as you grow into the role. This is a standalone role with no direct reports today, ideal for someone 3–6 years into their CRM career who wants ownership and autonomy without yet needing to manage a team.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the CRM/lifecycle calendar and campaign delivery across email and SMS
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys — welcome, win-back, repeat purchase and more
- Run A/B tests and use the results to keep improving performance
- Own our CRM reporting dashboard and report on retention and repeat purchase
- Work closely with paid media and ecommerce to keep retention aligned with the wider business

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Us
For a century, oral care has been antibacterial. At Gutology, we're proudly, passionately pro-bacteria, because the science is clear that we don't just carry trillions of microbes, we depend on them.
So we're building a premium oral care brand that works with the mouth, not against it. The mouth is home to the body's second-largest microbiome, yet the industry still reaches for harsh antibacterial formulas. We create products that are natural, low-tox and high-efficacy: science-backed formulations designed not to sterilise life, but to let it thrive.
