CRM Senior Executive
Blue Legal is partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a CRM Senior Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM and e-Marketing professional to play a key role in managing and enhancing the firm's CRM platforms, improving data quality and supporting marketing and business development initiatives globally.
Working closely with the CRM Manager and wider Marketing & Business Development teams, the successful candidate will help drive CRM best practice, improve user engagement, support targeted marketing campaigns and deliver valuable reporting and insights to the business.
Please note: Strong hands-on experience with CRM and e-Marketing platforms, preferably InterAction and Vuture.
The Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and development of the firm's CRM and e-Marketing platforms, ensuring effective system performance and user adoption.
- Take a leading role in maintaining data quality, including data stewardship, cleansing, mapping, segmentation and database management.
- Provide CRM user support, resolving system and data-related queries while promoting best practice across the firm.
- Deliver CRM and e-Marketing training sessions, including inductions, and develop user guides and supporting materials.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to build and maintain accurate marketing lists, strategic client lists and targeted campaigns.
- Support the management of complex e-Marketing campaigns, campaign automation and improvements to email deliverability.
- Assist with CRM reporting, dashboards and data analysis to support strategic business development decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM processes, improve data integrity and increase system effectiveness across the firm's international offices.

The Candidate

- A minimum of five years' experience in a CRM, e-Marketing or marketing systems role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM and e-Marketing platforms, preferably InterAction and Vuture.
- Excellent knowledge of data management, data quality, segmentation, list management and marketing campaign delivery.
- Experience providing CRM user support, resolving data queries and delivering training to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to recommend improvements, challenge constructively and drive CRM best practice.
