CRM Senior Executive | International Law Firm | London (EC2N) | up to £50k with hybrid working
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a CRM Senior Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team. This is a key role within the CRM function, supporting the effective use of the firm’s CRM and e-marketing platforms and helping to drive data quality, user adoption and targeted business development activity.
Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will play a leading role in the day-to-day management of the firm’s CRM and e-marketing systems. You will act as a key point of contact for users, resolving queries, providing guidance and promoting best practice across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing CRM and e-marketing user queries and supporting the resolution of data change requests.
- Taking a lead role in data quality, data stewardship, mapping, importing and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the delivery of CRM and e-marketing training, including new starter induction and group sessions.
- Providing guidance on contact and relationship management, list creation, reporting and complex marketing campaigns.
- Building and maintaining targeted marketing lists, including those supporting key client and strategic growth programmes.
- Producing data quality reports and supporting initiatives to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of CRM data.
- Developing and maintaining best practice guides and training materials.
- Working with superusers and focus groups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for system development.
- Supporting CRM dashboards, reporting and the ongoing improvement of e-marketing activity.

About you
You will have at least five years’ relevant CRM experience gained within a law firm. Experience of InterAction and Vuture would be highly advantageous, alongside strong knowledge of data stewardship, data mapping and CRM user experience.

You will be highly organised and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate confidently, deliver training and provide constructive guidance to users is essential. Advanced Excel skills are expected, with Power BI and Power Automate experience desirable.
