We’re looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to take ownership of the customer lifecycle marketing for a growing online health-tech organisation in Glasgow.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, office-based team and is happy to work from the office three to four days per week.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, creative and ecommerce teams to build personalised customer journeys that improve engagement, retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning CRM activity across email and SMS
- Planning and building automated customer journeys
- Managing promotional email campaigns
- Developing customer segmentation strategies
- Building welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase, win-back and replenishment journeys
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Running A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion
- Helping shape the wider CRM strategy as the business grows

What we’re looking for:
- At least two years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or email marketing
- Experience using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and automated journeys
- Good analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign performance
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience within ecommerce, healthcare, pharmacy or wellness would be beneficial

💷 Salary: £35,000
