You'll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and a great customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and use insights to improve engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to develop compelling campaign content and customer journeys.
  • Manage CRM-related customer queries and support the resolution of campaign or promotional issues.
  • Ensure all CRM activity complies with regulatory requirements, responsible gambling standards, and data protection policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of our CRM operations
  • Contribute to strategic CRM initiatives, including lifecycle programmes, segmentation strategies, and customer retention projects.

You’re someone who brings:

Experience and skills required:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related customer engagement role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA complex campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and campaign evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM metrics, customer engagement principles, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across marketing, design, customer service, compliance, and analytics teams
