Job Title: CRM Specialist (Klaviyo) - Contract Position
Location: Remote

Immersum is exclusively supporting an Ecommerce Agency who are passionate about helping their clients grow their online presence and drive sales through effective e-commerce strategies. They are currently seeking a skilled CRM Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo to join our team on a contract basis.
As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising their clients' email marketing strategies using Klaviyo. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analysing targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce.

The Role:
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted campaigns.
- Design visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to optimise future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
