CRM Strategy Director

As a CRM Strategy Director, you will be an experienced and confident strategic thinker, able to meet the growing demand within the business for clear, ambitious and well-informed strategies to address our clients' business challenges.

As a senior member of the Strategy team, you will lead key projects, delivering strategic solutions with independence and sound judgement. Your collaboration will span critical aspects of the business, engaging with both internal stakeholders and senior clients.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day strategic output for several of Bond’s key clients
  • Develop and refine data-driven CRM, lifecycle and loyalty programmes.
  • Link brand, customer, and performance marketing strategies effectively

Key Project Responsibilities:

  • Drive CRM strategies for major clients to align with KPIs, generating measurable ROI
  • Engage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders during strategy projects, writing and delivering compelling responses to business challenges
  • Oversee and optimise communications plans across all major projects
  • Write or oversee and approve strategic project briefs, articulating clear strategic approaches to inspire creative and analytical teams
  • Create and promote compelling strategic narratives informed by data and insights
  • Guide and develop junior strategists to high standards
  • Lead cross-agency conversations with ATL, media, PR, in-store, and sales teams
  • Develop strategic storytelling using data to deliver impactful presentations

Leadership:

  • Providing support for and managing up to 3 direct reports at Junior and/or Senior Strategist levels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in data-led strategy for CRM and/or performance marketing, specialising in B2C brands
  • Essential agency experience
  • Strong presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Ability to translate complex data and analytical approaches into simple, accessible narratives
  • Understanding of Marketing, Brand, and Performance strategy frameworks, along with behavioural economics
