CRM Strategy Director - Lifecycle & Growth

Up to £95,000
London
Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

We're partnering with a well-regarded digital consultancy known for helping ambitious businesses unlock growth through smarter customer marketing, data and technology. They're looking for a CRM Strategy Director to join their Lifecycle & Growth team, acting as both strategic advisor and delivery lead across customer marketing and CRM projects for a portfolio of high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

  • Shape contact strategies that drive stronger engagement, loyalty and commercial results
  • Map out customer journeys spanning email, push, SMS, app messaging and web touchpoints
  • Build out lifecycle and retention roadmaps, spotting ways to improve experience, automation and efficiency
  • Provide guidance on martech choices, from CRM and ESP platforms to CDPs and CRO tools
  • Advise clients on how their customer data should be structured, stored and put to use
  • Oversee CRM platform migrations, selections and implementations
  • Dig into customer and campaign data to surface new growth opportunities
  • Run senior stakeholder workshops, translating strategy into buy-in
  • Take projects from initial discovery right through to final delivery
  • Coach junior team members and help grow the team's broader CRM expertise

  • A strong track record in CRM or lifecycle leadership, likely built within a consultancy, agency or in-house customer strategy function
  • Confident across the full spectrum of lifecycle planning, from strategy through to execution
  • Working knowledge of major CRM and marketing platforms
  • Equally happy setting direction and rolling sleeves up on delivery
