Job Title: CRM System Administrator

Location: Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to FI centres as and when required.
Reports to: Enterprise Applications Manager
Contract Length: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

About Us

Founded in 2007 First Intuition (FI) is an award-winning, UK-based provider of predominantly accountancy training and apprenticeships. We currently have ~ 500 staff based across 15 physical locations and remotely, but we continue to grow rapidly. In April 2023, we secured investment from the private equity firm Apiary Capital who continue to support us in our growth plans, including acquisitions of six First Intuition franchises over the past two years.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join First Intuition during a period of significant digital change, playing a central role in the adoption and rollout of our group CRM, HubSpot.

The CRM System Administrator will be the day-to-day operational owner of HubSpot, responsible for keeping the platform running smoothly, working with the team to drive successful adoption and continuously improving how the system is used across the organisation. Sitting within the Enterprise Application Services team and reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, you will work as a specialist administrator alongside colleagues who support our other core enterprise systems.

You will act as the second line point of resolution for HubSpot, taking ownership of queries and issues that have been escalated to you. You will work closely with the analyst team to share knowledge and improve first-line resolution over time.

This is a hands-on specialist role, ideal for someone with strong HubSpot (or comparable CRM) administration experience, who enjoys enabling others, solving problems and improving how systems are being used.

This is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract aligned with a key phase of our digital transformation programmes.

Duties and responsibilities

HubSpot Administration & Configuration

  • Act as the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot CRM, managing user administration, permissions, teams and access controls.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, properties, pipelines, sequences, templates and automation to meet the needs of different business teams.
  • Maintain data integrity within the CRM through routine housekeeping, monitoring and by supporting the agreed data quality standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date configuration documentation, ensuring changes are recorded and best practices are followed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
