CRM Technical Developer
As a CRM Technical Developer, you will support the development and delivery of personalised CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys across multiple markets. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Data, and Technology teams, you will build scalable technical solutions that enable effective, data-driven customer communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and automated communications
- Build and maintain reusable CRM templates, components, and technical solutions
- Implement dynamic content, personalisation, and audience segmentation
- Work with customer data, scripting, and campaign logic
- Support CRM platform integrations, data feeds, and APIs
- Troubleshoot, test, and QA campaigns across channels and audiences
- Maintain and enhance existing CRM code, templates, and technical frameworks
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Data, and Technology teams

Key Skills & Experience

- Experience in CRM Development, Marketing Automation, Email Development, or a similar technical role
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of scripting, dynamic content, and personalisation
- Understanding of customer data, segmentation, and automated journeys
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and QA skills
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or integrations is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced campaign environment
