Technical Lead | Leeds | January Start
Nurture CRM is growing, and we're looking for a CRM Technical Lead to help drive the business forward and lead our Dynamics delivery team. If you are currently working in a larger organisation and looking for more autonomy and the chance to make a difference? We'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and bespoke projects for SME clients
- Spend 60-70% of your time working on client projects, balancing several at once
- Lead system design and scope management
- Guide, support and develop the delivery team
- Help shape how we deliver projects, with real influence on how the business grows

What You'll Bring
- 3-4 years' Dynamics experience
- Proficient in Power Platform development (Power Automate, Model Driven apps, Canvas apps), plus Power BI, Sales Enterprise and Customer Insights
- JavaScript, API integration and Document Core Pack
- Project management skills, or a willingness to develop them (we'll support you)
- Team leadership, strong organisation and confident decision-making
- Experience of working on multiple projects at once, and an understanding of working in or with SMEs
- Nice to have: PCF control development, Field Service, Business Central
