CRM Transformation Lead (Salesforce)
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Salesforce CRM Transformation Lead for our IT and Digital Services team on a full-time, permanent basis, although 0.8 FTE and flexible working would be considered. Based across our four leafy, easily commutable campuses with free on-site parking and hybrid working, this role offers a salary of between £33,615 (J26) and £36,353 (J29) dependant on qualifications and experience.

The Role
This is a unique, dynamic role designed for a true Salesforce generalist who loves to wear multiple hats. Acting as the ultimate bridge between our technical implementation partners and our staff, you will be equal parts high-level strategist and hands-on executioner. We need someone who thrives on variety and who can comfortably pivot from aligning senior leadership on future roadmap goals to jumping directly into the platform to fix a validation rule or clean a dataset. Whether you are configuring complex flows, managing day-to-day user support, delivering engaging training sessions, or ensuring absolute data integrity, your work will directly impact how our sector thinks about CRM.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one because we value a hunger to learn, a resourceful mindset, and a proactive attitude.
